Regional Economic Fund JSC offer consists of around 66 hectares of investment areas, including unbuilt real estates, developed properties as well as turist establishments located in the region of śląsk.

Areas located in the city of Częstochowa are the property of former steelworks and according to the study of conditions and directions of the spatial development for the city of Częstochowa (City Council Resolution No 825/LI/2005 of 21 November 2005) they are subject to industrial functions PU I as well as industrial and service functions PU II.

We offer investment areas of differentiated surface, well developed (drinking water, industrial water, electricity, sanitary sewage system, rainwater-industrial draining system) and very easily reachable via transport infrastructure (city roads, railway side tracks).
